For a gradual implementation of the job guarantee

By starting in the most marginalized regions, a JG can create decent work, strengthen social cohesion, and shift development away from colonial patterns of coastal centralization. This approach isn’t just about jobs—it’s about building dignity, deepening democracy, and transforming public policy from promise to practice.
